Is there a Booking fee?

All bookings require a $25 deposit. This will go towards your final balance. Bookings will be confirmed after payment is received.

What are the rates?

Rates are based on the number of children and length of time requested. Rates start at $20.

Do we perform background checks?

Yes. Each individual requesting a service may be subject to an identity verification process.

Do we charge for mileage?

For bookings requiring the use of a JessCare, LLC vehicle during the booking (pick-ups, drop-offs, etc.), a mileage charge will be added to your service.

How do i book for housesitting?

for housesitting, pet sitting, overnight services, or any other service not shown on booking page, please visit "contact" and fill out the form.

What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED BOOKING WILL INCUR A $35 CANCELLATION FEE.

Additional Information

ANY BOOKING BEYOND 8 HOURS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $10 PER HOUR.

IF A JESSCARE ASSOCIATE IS REQUIRED TO STAY BEYOND THE ORIGINAL BOOKING TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
